At one of our regular troop meetings, I received a suprise visit from former Seahawks player Jordan Babineaux, along with the Seahawks mascot, Blitz. They presented me with the Safeway Teehawk Award.
I'm super proud of the house we all built, but I had no idea that it would result in this.

We went to the Seahawks vs. Rams game. It was fun to be able to go with my cousins and good friend Josh. Before kick off, I went down to the sidelines and had my photo taken with Blitz. After the halftime kickoff, Blitz and I ran out onto the field to get the tee. I was very nervous.
I thought that was it, but Safeway called and asked me to come back with two other Teehawk award winners for a special presentation during the fourth quarter. This was the Seahawks vs. 49ers game that was on national television. We spent most of the time watching the game from the end zone, which was super cool. Then at the two minute warning, they brought us out and suprised us all with scholarships. We had no idea!
